If you know me at all you know I truly believe that nowhere is simply bricks and mortar and this angel loves nothing better than a good story. Each and every property has its own story to tell and the truth is those four walls of the place we call HOME holds the tales of some of the happiest, saddest, exciting and most eventful times of our lives.        

This goes part of the way to explain my enthusiasm, interest and borderline obsession with my newest yet definitely oldest listing our Absolutely Amazing ‘Alderburne’ 62 Macfin Road because spring is most certainly in the glorious fresh country air in this true one off 

Now its safe to assume that no one reading this was around when this quirky, unique and very beautiful property was built (way back to 1830’s) but it’s very plain to see that our very special Alderburne has very ably has stood the test of time and is a testament to the good old days when they were built to last…

Interestingly this started out as home to Ballygan’s School Master and can you even begin to imagine the tales those walls could tell and the teachers, pupils and families that would have passed through over the decades!
